I went to "Babies Galore", Coles and some other places to get info on what's out there on milk powder dispensers and how it works and took note of the forms and portions and all that good stuff. A couple photos taken:

This is a milk powder dispenser that has another container inside for you to put food in. It has no portion control. basically a container with a hole at the top.
This is pretty awesome design:
Take the lid off, fill each section with the right amount. Close lid. open the tube to the red thing when it is feeding time to tip contents in.

Feeding Guide
- Boil water 5 mins. Allow to cool.
- Fill enclosed scoop with S26 original. Level off with a knife
- 1 scoop/60ml of water
- Cap bottle, shake. Test temperature on wrist.
- Discard unfinished feeds
