Making macarons (not macaroons!)

Next assignment is 'diningdesign'. About food culture - cooking, preparing, serving and dining.

Soooooo i will probably do something about malaysian food culture

Here is a Japanese chef with lightning fast hands. He's a machine!!!!!!! Every single piece has to be perfectly aligned with each other, with the same amount for each blob, so that when they change shape in the oven they don't merge and all that. Looks fun to do but mad concentration required

Trying to think of what in Malaysian/Singapore culture works this fast with the hands and all that ... should have spent more time in grandma's kitchen...all i can think of is the kueh...mmmm
